Terms of Service
Last updated: August 24, 2026 · Effective immediately
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Vision website, web applications, APIs, or video processing services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Account Registration & Security
To use Vision, you must create a workspace account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, managing your team's roles and permissions, and for all activities that occur under your workspace.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content Remains Yours
You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in all video footage, audio files, scripts, images, and exported creations you upload or create on Vision.
You grant Vision a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, cache, transcode, process, and deliver your media as requested by you within the Service.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Vision to:
- Upload or process illegal, abusive, infringing, or harmful media.
- Circumvent storage limits, rate limits, or concurrency ceilings established by your plan tier.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service without written authorization.
- Launch automated denial of service attacks, scrapers, or abusive rendering jobs.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations
Vision offers Free and Paid subscription tiers (Pro, Business, Enterprise). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the in-app billing portal. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Quota Exceeded: If your workspace exceeds storage or job concurrency quotas, rendering operations may be queued or temporarily paused until storage is freed or the plan is upgraded.
6. Service Availability & SLA
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime across our web applications and rendering clusters. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Vision is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Contact Information
